1. Purpose

These terms apply to all spiritual growth courses provided by SpirrittBizRise, Bahnhofstrasse 45, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland. By enrolling, you fully accept these terms.

2. Enrollment & Booking

Enroll via our website, phone, or email. A deposit of CHF 200 may be required to secure your spot.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Participant

• Cancellations more than 48h before the course: full refund of your deposit.
• Cancellations between 48h and 24h: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
• Cancellations less than 24h before or no-shows: no refund is possible.

3.2 Cancellation by SpirrittBizRise

In the event SpirrittBizRise cannot provide a course (e.g., force majeure, instructor illness), we will offer a new date or a full refund.

3.3 Refund Procedure

Refunds are processed via the same payment method within 7 business days after approval.

4. Responsibilities

SpirrittBizRise is not liable for personal outcomes or business results. Our programs follow Swiss professional standards.

5. Personal Data

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with Swiss and EU data protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SpirrittBizRise.com (texts, logos, images) is protected by Swiss and European intellectual property legislation.

7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. All disputes will be settled in Zürich courts.
